The return of the goods purchased in the Finca coffee online store can be carried out within 14 days from the date of purchase. The procedure for returning the goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection". Necessary conditions for the return of the goods: The product was not in use; The packaging of the product was not violated; The product receipt was saved. We always meet our customers halfway.

The refund in case of return of the product takes place within 14 calendar days from the date of return of the product to the Finca coffee store.
